Redtail Hawk?
That's what I was thinkin', that's why I got a closeup of his/her tail. The pictures of redtail hawks I found online had red tails (who'da thunk it?) but I don't see any red on this one. He/she has been living in our back yard for a couple months now. It doesn't mind us getting close. It's not shy. I was only about 15 ft. away taking these pictures. Kinda cool to look out the window and watch him/her. Anyway, if you know anything about birds and can tell me what I have living in the back yard it would be appreciated. I have found several that look similar.

I wonder if he belongs to some kind of trainer and got lost? Weird that he's so comfortable when you get close.
